Printing / Cursive Program
The Handwriting Detective Club school-age programs focus on teaching print or cursive writing using the Handwriting Without Tears Program. This program is developmentally based. For more information please check out their website at www.hwtears.com
Difficulties addressed during school-age programs include:
- Spacing of words
- Overall legibility
- Letter and Number reversals
- Pressing too hard or soft with pencil
- Letterand Number formation (print or cursive)
- Pencil grip
- Posture during writing
- Upper body strength
