About Us

The Handwriting Detective Club was created in 2003 by Angela Bernier and Jennifer Hardman, registered and licensed occupational therapists. They have experience working with preschool and school age children through the public school system and privately.

Both Angela and Jennifer are Handwriting Without Tears Level 1 Certified. For more information checkout the Handwriting Without Tears website.

Angela attended East Carolina University in North Carolina and graduated in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. She has also received a masters degree in special education through George Mason University in 2009. Angela has attended all Handwriting Without Tears Workshops and How Does Your Engine Run training.
